This place is great, good vibe, good crowd, nice little venue. Tons of chairs and umbrellas, the pool is the best you will find in the socal scene. The property is just the right size and was full of great looking people when we went.We got a bungalow and having our own base camp and play space was perfect.It really doesn’t look like much from the outside, and is new enough that you won’t see the pool on Google maps when you have the address, but once inside you won’t want to leave.We are looking forward to many more trips out, if you are thinking of going, invite us to join you!
Wow….. is all we can say!We have been to numerous Life Style parties and Events plus resorts.This was our first time at BiaVida productions. The grounds were beautiful, the pool was nice plenty of chairs and the right amount of sexy people, snacks, food and the PLAY ROOM…..!The staff was there to meet your every needs. We look forward to returning again..!
We have been here several times and keep coming back. Amazing venue, amazing brand new pool and spa, top of the line. It is extremely clean and is run by some of the nicest people you will meet. If you haven’t been here you are missing out!!

We were at the BiaVida property yesterday(Saturday) for the first time and were pleasantly surprised at the accuracy of the photos. This property does not disappoint!!! The grounds are beautiful and the staff is so kind, professional and attentive. The property is very clean, comfortable, has nice new and clean bathroom facilities, a beautiful clean pool and clean play areas. We will definitely be returning and recommending to our friends!
The wife and I attended one of the Saturday pool parties.we were pleasantly surprised by the venue, easy to find but private at the same time. This NOT your average house party vibe, it’s more like a mini resort, plenty of open and private play areas, lots of restrooms, showers and an awesome pool/jacuzzi. The hosts were very welcoming and explained all the rules clearly, definitely a fan of their bracelet system which lets people know if a couple is open to single male play or not . Had a great time, this place is definitely and up and comer, we would definitely come back.
We had such an amazing day at their place yesterday! Their facility is soooooo nice and clean and the pool temp the whole day was perfect, even at night! We were a little hesitant at first since it’s new but so glad we decided to give it a chance. It exceeded our expectations and then some! One of the main things we were hesitant about is that they let single guys in. We don’t like events that have single guys and have had some very bad experiences at those events. Steve & Nicole highly vet anyone they let in and my wife couldn’t have felt more comfortable. They issue colored wristbands that lets them know if it is ok to approach you. Steve and Nicole have create such a safe space. If you’re looking for a great place to hang out by a pool by don’t feel like driving 2 hours, definitely check it out!
We are new to the LS and we attended our first party last weekend here for the naked pool party. This is a great place! Very well organized and clean. The facilities are great and most importantly, the people were amazing. Along with the hosts, they were all very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend and we will be back!
